I couldn’t have done this without Eugenia and her team. This was a phenomenal wedding thanks to her and her crew. The waitstaff were professional and kind. The bartender made amazing drinks. Eugenia was our wedding manager and everything could have gone left very fast without her incredible organizational skills and attention to detail. Couldn’t recommend their services enough!

I hired Eugenia as a day of coordinator for our wedding in July 2021. Eugenia was so great that it is hard to put into words! From the start, Eugenia was so dedicated to make our wedding stress free. I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator and my family and I are SO glad we found Eugenia. Eugenia provided excellent service and made our day so stress free. My dad even thanked her in his speech at the wedding because he was so impressed. My parents were blown away by Eugenia’s organization, attention to detail, her leadership and also how easily she took initiative to solve problems. Eugenia was quick to offer ideas about the wedding but also willing to listen to my family and I on what we wanted. Everyone who attended the wedding said it was one of the best they’ve been to and I have to give credit to Eugenia and her team. We our ceremony on the southside of Chicago early in the day and then casual backyard reception in the evening. There was a lot of moving parts to the day and I honestly did not get stressed out once that day. I ended up also hiring two extra staff members for our reception so my family wouldn’t have to worry about much and could enjoy themselves. I was so glad that I did. Eugenia was a very special part of our very special day!

I requested a bartender for my event and the team took the time to understand my needs and provided me with an excellent bartender and a great match for my event.

Working with Eugenia throughout the whole process was amazing! She was very involved and kept lines of communication open throughout our wedding day. She did the extra step of helping us with little details that we didn’t think about to ensure that we had best day we could. She was extremely organized and meticulous. Our day ran very smoothly I hiiighly recommend her as she is worth every penny as a day of wedding coordinator.

Had a great time the server was very polite and friendly to all of the guest. Very well prepared had drinks to match our theme. Attentive to all the guest definitely well worth it.

They were great to work with before, during and after the event. Professional and made it easy to work with them. They had great follow up and communication as well. Will definitely be working with them again.

If I could give 100 stars I would! The staff was early and very organized and well educated in their line of work!! Had great reviews from everybody at the wedding and how professional and courteous they are!!

I can’t express how happy I am with their services. Eugenia was soo helpful and responsive to all queries and really just wanted our party to be successful. We hired a server who grilled food for us and he did an excellent job. I highly highly recommend their service. Best value of money you can find for event coordination.
